Katie Wayne, FNP

Katie Wayne is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in integrative biology from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2019 and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2021 as a family nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in nursing.

She currently plans to continue serving her patients here in Cookeville for years to come.

Katie is from Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, and credits her passion for serving rural populations to her positive support and experiences growing up in a small town. She is excited to serve patients across an entire lifespan and is especially passionate about pediatric and women’s health care.

She thanks God for her good fortune in being able to work with her fellow providers and provide excellent primary care to the Upper Cumberland.
