You can use the portal to:

- Get lab and test results
- Request appointments
- Request medication refills

* Please do not use the portal to send urgent messages; if you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. You can send messages any time of day or night; however, we only respond during business hours. The portal is NOT intended for communicating urgent issues.
