Kristen Wayne is the Business Manager at Innovative Family Care. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The University of Alabama and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Mississippi. She brings more than two decades of healthcare administration experience and leadership to our team, and has worked across the healthcare sector in inpatient, outpatient, ancillary, and insurance settings.

At IFC, Kristen works with both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure that our office runs smoothly while maintaining the highest levels of patient care. She strives every day to achieve efficient clinic operations, financial stewardship, and positive patient experiences.

A native of middle Tennessee, Kristen lives with her husband and dog. She enjoys spending time on the lake, traveling, and Alabama football.
